We are approaching one year since the beginning of Writing Roots. It has been a wonderful time, and we don’t plant to stop any time soon. There are several things in the works to help us expand.

Creating a podcast – especially one released twice a week – takes a lot of time and effort. Our goal is and always will be to keep the podcast free and free of ads. In an effort to maintain that status quo, we are starting a Patreon, where those who are willing and able can support us. There are two available tiers, with rewards such as access to our Discord channel, exclusive extended episodes, and free items from our new store. It is a monthly subscription that equals about $1 per episode at the low tier, and $4 per episode at the high tier.

On that note, we’ve also opened up a new merch store! You can find it at the top menu. We’ll be adding more options and designs. The store is another great way to help support Writing Roots.
